Who we are. TopHomeMatch ("TopHomeMatch," "we," "us") is operated by PingAlpha, an Arizona LLC, located at 2820 S. Alma School Rd Ste 18 #553, Chandler, AZ 85286. TopHomeMatch is not a contractor, installer, or home service provider, and does not itself match or connect homeowners to Pros. We collect homeowner project requests and sell each request to a single third-party lead-buying platform ("Lead Buyer"), which operates its own marketplace and decides how — and how many Pros, if any — to connect the request to.
How it works. Submitting a form on TopHomeMatch is free for homeowners. The Lead Buyer pays TopHomeMatch for the request itself — never for ranking, placement, or endorsement — and TopHomeMatch does not choose, control, or guarantee how the Lead Buyer routes your request. You should still expect the possibility of being contacted by more than one company (the Lead Buyer and/or a Pro in its network), even though only one Lead Buyer purchases the request. TopHomeMatch does not guarantee that any Pro will contact you, that pricing will match any estimate shown on this site, or that any Pro is licensed, bonded, or insured — verify that independently before hiring.
Advertising disclosure. TopHomeMatch may be compensated by the Lead Buyer for each project request generated through this site. This may influence which services or areas we promote, but does not influence which Pro, if any, ultimately contacts you — that's decided entirely by the Lead Buyer. TopHomeMatch does not vet, rank, or endorse the Lead Buyer's or any Pro's work.
Data sharing. Information you submit is shared with the Lead Buyer who purchases your request (who may further share it with Pros in its network) and with TopHomeMatch's lead-processing infrastructure providers. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, how long we retain it, and your rights.
No guarantee. Use of TopHomeMatch does not guarantee a bid, a competitive bid, or project completion. TopHomeMatch is not a party to any contract between you, the Lead Buyer, or any Pro, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of work performed, or for the Lead Buyer's conduct.
Licensing. Some services on this site (HVAC, roofing, solar, etc.) may require the performing contractor to hold a state or local license. TopHomeMatch is not licensed to perform these services and does not represent that the Lead Buyer or any Pro currently holds a valid license — confirm directly with them and your state licensing board before signing anything.
